In the meeting held with IBA today (05.06.2017), all the Workmen Unions and all the Officers' Associations submitted their Common Charter of demands.

From the Management side IBA submitted the demands of the Management .
Date for next round of talks not fixed.

    I am new to this so please help me out. I see two separate rates of 25% for Substaff and 20% for Clerical staff, which of these is applicable for new PO(newly joined).

    now that unions have submitted their demands, when is IBA going to present their offer. is their any timeline ?

    I am aware that last settlement was delayed by 3 years. I understand that Nov' 17 is also not promising, though center has been pushing for early settlement.
