11 th Bipartite settlement talks begins 6 months ahead of due date.
Dear Mr.Kumar Sir, Thank you for your updation. In the letter it is mentioned that the meeting will be arranged on Monday, 02nd May 2017. Actually 02nd May falls on Tuesday only.
Then the charter of demands of our united forum not yet finalized. Only snacking will happen I think. If the govt., wants to expedite the settlement means we should also ready to negotiate from the beginning. What our UFBU will do? We will wait and see.
SHOULD BE ON PAR WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS WHO WERE GETTING A LOW PAY COMPARED TO BANKING.... BUT "getting higher than us at present ".. eg: central govt .... So it should be fixed on par with them... we have contributed a lot... don't know what will happen if five days banking is implemented... what public is doing on Sunday will happen on Saturdays too.. simple...
5 day banking will be the future of digital India nobody can stop it . Bank management should be smart enough to understand 1 day operating cost can saved and their performance and salary will be depending upon the Bank's profit .on the other hand public have many other alternative like ATM,Internet baking,mobile banking e wallet app etc .so it would be win win situation for all( bank management, public and The Govt ).
Union still not sure what to discuss at meeting. Govt sending reminders and what Union is doing only God knows.UBFU still not sure how many more months they require to come on at common platform. Forget about demand, it's too far for them now.

UBFU will power to negotiate has been decreasing and always ready to sign the settlement at the mercy of IBA. You all will see it in the final settlement.
5 day working will done at the time of settlement to show as big success but actually one hour more on every day on compensation of two Saturday I.e. 22 hrs instead of 14 hrs.
Sir,what are the benefits for physically disabled enployees in our banking sector?the central government in its 7th pay commission guidlines stated that the bank employee who falls under PH cateory will get:1) PH allowance-5% of Basic pay means max Rs.4p0/- p.m 2)Transport allowance must be doubled to that of ordinary employee.3)Travel allowance should also be doubled.are TA,Halting allowance payable to PH employees for deputation to other local branches?Please guide about the benefits provided to PH employees in banks.
WHY THEIR IS A PAY CEILING AFTER 20 YRS FOR CLERICAL AND SUB STAFF. WHY DONT YOU THINK OUT OF THE BOX. YOU NEVER TALK ABOUT INCREASING THE HR R ALLOWANCE OF STAFF AS YOU ALL ARE NOT EFFECTED.
Before commencing bipartite talks First IBA should declare enhancement of gratuity for PSBs staff at par with RBI staff wef 01012016 which directly gives benefit varying from Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 lacs to every banker.I wish to mention here that gratuity for RBI staff is already increased wef 01012016 but the same is not yet announced for PSBs staff.

FRIENDS, EVEN A CAT WILL POUNCE UPON US IN RETALIATION, WHEN CORNERED IN A CLOSED ROOM. RETALIATION IS THE IN-BUILT MECHANISM OF SELF PROTECTION - AN INHERENT NATURAL PHENOMENA IN EVERY LIVING CREATURE ON THIS LIVING PLANET.
WE ARE DRIVEN TO THE WALL .... NO OTHER RECOURSE BUT TO RETALIATE IN REVERBERATION .... NO ONE IS HEARING OUR CRYING. FORTUNATELY HON'BLE SUPREME COURT HAS TAKEN COGNIZANCE OF OUR PLEADINGS....

11th wage settlement should be enhanced by internet allowance to all .
