  2. Since a long time the LEAVE ENCASHMENT limit of INCOME TAX to Bank Employees is Rs. 300000 (Rupees Three Lakhs only)on superannuationn. It is to increased to Rs. 1000000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs only).
    Please send a suggestion to Finance Ministry and to Unions before Budget of 2017.

  5. It is sickening to note that GoI, the major owner of the public sector banks, have to send three reminders on an issue apparently because there is no response from the banks / IBA. Why does the Govt tolerate this? Or reminders just a show piece to be shown to bank employees / unions? In this scenario, how can employees (serving or retired) and their unions expect to be given any hearing by IBA? God save the serving and ex employees of banks!
