For survival of Banking Industry, privitisation of the PSBs is the only way. All the Banks should function under the guidance and supervision of RBI. IBA has to be dismantled for better HR in the banking industry as IBA has only been misguiding the banks in all the matters.
IBA a body of present bankers, a body to loot the banks money with no accountibility, is the only body in india to safeguard the top managements and harass the employees and retirees through its anti employee policies must be scraped as it has no legal standing. It is the sole body responsible of increasing NPAs in banking industry. It helped in keeping Salary of banks employees including officers at lowest level in India and lowest pension in india. Divide and rule is it's policy to keep bank force busy in dicussing only salary and pension . there is a need to bell the cat.
PSB's should be privatised.
ReplyDeleteYes all PSBs be privatised starting with SBI and its associates.
