L.I.C- A.A.O./ Bank -P.O.
As per our P.O/Officers comrade's request...........
Why are you comparing the salaries of employees of insurance sector. Its a different kind of job and profile. They also deal with great amount of risk and work pressure. Please stop looking at the salaries of other departments like LIC and Central govt and concentrate on your demands. Wishing you all the best.
Can u please tell me why we the banker will grow your business through our bank...Are your lic employees are handicapped or uneducated?...Your business and your dreams are depend on our labour...we the banker make ur dreams true through our labour in request of central govt..so we have the right to compare..your govt. Is another correupted govt..
Brother firstly you are not selling any LIC policy, secondly no central govt has forced you to sell Lic policies, thirdly you are selling private insurers policies, fourthly when banks need money they take loan from LIC, fifthly LIC has more than 12 lakh agents to sell its policies and your bank gets agents commission on selling policies. Sixthly LIC is having shares of all the banks with it which ranges from 10% to 30%, Seventhly LIC pays govt more than 1200 crore every year as profit and invests around 3 lakh crore rupees in government works. The organization which is working so hard for the country and whose employees are so hardworking that after 16 yes of competition from 21 private companies it has market share of 80% are getting less than what they actually deserve but they never complained when bankers use to get so many facilities before this wage revision.
CHARTER OF DEMAND GIVEN BY BANK UNIONS WAS NOT ENOUGH ENCOURAGING AND IBA NOT SUPPORTING AT ANY STAGE TO EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS OFFICERS, INSTEAD OF LIC MANAGEMENT WANTS TO GIVE BENEFIT OVER AND ABOVE SETTLEMENT. THESE ARE CLEARLY INDICATE THE ATTITUDE DIFFERENCE & H R CONCEPT WHICH ARE FAR AWAY IN BANKING.
Officers scale should be same. There should not be any difference as that leads to demoralisation in organisation. Bankers are to be treated as important pillar in economy of country depending upon their nature of work and risk.

Dear Kumar, apart from hard work, sincerity, accuracy and intelligence, we require integrity and the ability to withstand pressure. These elements are not at all taken care of by the IBA and their sole aim is to get a name from Govt. Our spineless leaders are also unaware of all these things. Also, the future retirees' are not worried about their pension and are ready make a hue and cry after retirement.The slavery is the creation of IBA and CHV. When we are going to awake from slumber ?. Dear Kumar, lakh and lakh of comrades are going to retire in the next 3 to 5 years. Better to clinch updation of pension prior to wage revision.

These union leaders believe that if demands are met then bankers will not care for them.IBA thinks that in that case office of IBA will be closed by govt.that is the reason IBA and unions keep issues unsolved .

Change in leadership is need of the hour. Corrupt selfish motive of certain people is ruining the bank employees. Is there any young bank employees against merger. If u go for survey u will realise the facts. Let young blood who have to serve min 20 yrs lead us not the retirees or going to be retired class
