Comparison of 7th P.C Pay and Bank Employees Salary!!

Salary as per 7th P.C and Salary of Bank clerk is given below.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Upper Division Clerk (UDC) are general term used. Various departments will have different names for their dept., posts. But, salary will be based on this Pay Band only.
From the recommendations , it is observed that huge increase is given to officers on the higher ranks. 
In lower levels the increase is not as expected.
I have just given the actual figures. 
It is upto you to judge.

    Though 6 months once DA increase bank employees r getting d same but splitting into two. If a person is a bank employee will d conductor r rail ticket given at lower rate. Jus dont cmpare simple allowances

    Incase of medical aid whether doctor will c d designation and give treatment. For clerk 2200 officers 8000. Is this justified?

    comparison at officer level cadres will reveal the actual setbacks of our salary structure.Worst part would be the comparison of pension drawn by our senior bank executives with that of central govt executive pensioners.Whom to blame for this ?

    We the bank employees are victims of UFBU, IBA and Govt. combine. Do not compare yourself with others as we are bound by the actions of UFBU.

    SIR, I AM NEWLY RECRUITED CLERK IN STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD.I AM A GRADUATE. BUT MY BASIC STATRS AT 11175. BUT U R SHOWING IT IS 13075. WHY THIS DIFFERENCE. IS IT DIFFERENT FROM BANK TO BANK.

      You must tell your union. It should be 13075. 11175 only for HS passed employee. You are graduate so you get 2 increment from joining. Your besic must 13075.
