Central Committee meeting of AIBEA was held at Rajkot in Gujarat on 8th and 9th July, 2015.
10th BP Settlement hailed: A detailed reporting was made about the salient features of the recently signed 10th BP Settlement and the significant improvement in the various service conditions besides increase in wages of the employees. After deliberations, the CC adopted a Resolution as under:
“The Central Committee meeting of AIBEA held at Rajkot on 8th and 9th July, 2015, after detailed perusal of the 10th BP Settlement welcomes the Settlements as a significant achievement in improving the wages and service conditions of the bank employees. Continuation of the collectively bargained uniform industry-level Settlement on wages and service conditions and overcoming the attempts to foist bankwise wage agreements are major achievements.
Substantial increase in the emoluments of the employees as compared to the previous settlements is a salient feature of the Settlement. The CC also notes that all other service conditions have been satisfactorily improved upon. More importantly, achievement of a new scheme providing for full reimbursement of hospitalisation expenses is a major achievement. Getting it extended to all existing retirees is another salient feature.m
The CC further notes that all the adverse conditions sought to be imposed by the managements could be neutralised and successfully thwarted.
The CC also takes into account the total economic backdrop and background in which the Settlement has been achieved and hence unanimously approves the Settlement with acclaim and appreciation as one more milestone in our onward journey to promote the economic interests and living standards of the bank employees”
AIBEA leadership is making all efforts to glorify their achievements for the settlement which every banker knows is the worst settelement so for.
ReplyDeleteThe interests of bankers have been fuly sold by these so called militant and prudent leaders. They can not face the bankers in the open and hence only by ciculars and in closed rooms they are claiming their victory. It is a high time that the retired leaders who are parasites on the working force should resign and let the youngers decide thier fate.Every banker should raise their voice against these leaders who have danced on the tunes of IBA.
U call this significant achievement. Reduced pension for employees retiring after 1-11-2012. HAVE U SEEN ANY SETTLEMENT WHERE PENSION IS REDUCED. AND U CALL SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENT. SHAME ON U DEPRIVING RETIREES THEIR LEGITIMATE RIGHTS AND SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINES AD DICTATED BY IBA.
ReplyDeleteALL THE UFBU LEADERS ARE IN SELFY MODE PRAISING AND PATTING EACH OTHER FOR THE GRAND ??? SUCCESS.ARE THEY READY FOR OPEN DISCUSSION WITH THE MEMBERS ON THE ISSUES ? THEY ARE CONDUCTIING CLOSED DOOR MEETINGS AND PRAISING FOR THE HISTORIC ?? ACHEIVEMENT.IF THEY HAVE GUTS AND COURGAGE TO FACE THE MEMBERS IN OPEN MEETING THEY SHOUL FIX DATE AND CALL FOR GENERAL BODY MEETING AND ANSWER EACH AND EVERY QUESTION ASKED BY THE MEMBERS. ARE THEY READY ?
ReplyDeleteTHEY ARE BOASTING FOR THE ACHEIVEMENT OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR THE RETIRESS BUT IT IS NOT FREE THE RETIREES HAVE TO PAY HEFTY PREMIUM.THERE IS NO NEED OF UNIONS FOR BUYING HEALTH INSURANCE.ANYBODY CAN BUY 100% INSURANCE COVER BY PAYING THE PREMIUM.THEN WHAT THEY HAVE ACHEIVED.THEY SHOUD FEEL ASHAMED OF THIS ACHEIVEMENT.
worst settlement and now they are praising themselves to save their face as they know they have blundered with the fortunes of bank employees.these leaders should be thrown away from union as they are more intrested in collecting levy and enjoying with money collected as subscription .these leaders have never worked in office throughout their life only doing netagiri that's why they do not know the reality of hardship a bank employee faces in banks.
ReplyDeleteThis is the worst settlement of banking industry
ReplyDeleteWhat about your achievement and commitment towards implementation of 2nd & 4th Saturday holidays. Do AIBEA remember or intentionally waiting for some excuse from Govt. to let it go its way. Why no clarification / communication in this regard
ReplyDeleteIt is the worst wage settlement in the history of banks and any other organisations. Is there any settlement of reducing pension and unfortunately leaders are compensating it with increase of commutation and it seems that special allowance is not eligible for encashment at the time of retirement.Whether it is correct to deduct reduced pension
ReplyDeletefrom 01/11/2012 but difference of commutation is paid now. Leaders should introspect and should take correct measures to rectify the anomalies rather than boasting .
Com. Chv. Sir. Your leader ship for bank employees and rtd persons have very shsmefully.
ReplyDeleteYes, AIBEA is right., they got 200% hike in levy.
ReplyDeleteDear Com.Kumar, AIBEA is correct as they have done their duty for their Masters. They got hefty bag and baggage, foreign tours etc, in turn. Because of CHV's foolishness, not only bankers are affected but also, I fear it will have heavy bearing on the on going wage struggle of Insurance employees. In the olden days the curse of affected poets will perish the kingdom. Now, lakhs and lakhs of employees are cursing. We will see its effect very soon. Com.CHV continue and ruin the bankers to your fullest extent. In spite of such heavy critisism, he is not ashamed of continuing in AIBEA.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame to be called a banker ...who are like begger!! Searching for a house here and there coz nobody was willing to give them house to rent at very low cost..haha
ReplyDeleteNo point on shouting and crying over spill milk .so let us all stop from our union en mass if we really feel the pain:
if we are not waiting for the left over bone from the meeting table of our beloved ufbu and their master iba...lets us stop all this union
AiBEA Zindabad. There is only one party i.e. AIBEA. All others are tail. Only to bow AIBEA. In the 9th settlement all non-opted people forced to pay a lump sump at the last day of settlement. That is the achievement of AIBEA. In this settlement pensioners forced to pay back their pension at the last day of the settlement. That is AIBEA. Say loudly AIBEA Zindabad. Tails are also shouting like this.
ReplyDeleteLong live C.H.V. YOU WOULDN'T BE BURIED BEFORE BANKING INDUSTRY BURRIES. LONG LIVE COMRADE
ReplyDeleteFirst of all the CITU, AITUC must sack these leaders who signed the Xtb BPS. Only becsuse of these, the officers too have lost so much in this settlement. Atleast now, the officers should fight for what they deserve. 30% is the minimum & the most possible percentage growth for the officers. As said by one of the above commentators, those who betrayed all of us will definitely face lot of sorrows and miseries throughout their rest of their lives.our heartfelt curses would not go waste.
ReplyDeleteUtimatly proved that unions struggled in order to iba win.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the status of Saturday ? Leaders are singing their on recordings. How they justified them self ? Shameeeeeeeeee
ReplyDeleteNon result on Saturday holiday
DeleteIT MEANS THAT AIBEA IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SHAMEFUL BIPARTITE. STILL THEY ARE TALKING OF GRAND SUCCESS???
ReplyDeleteFuntastic - great AIBEA/UFBU
ReplyDeleteno no it is GREAT achievement of our leaders not for us only for them, ap, telangana govt increase 42%, 43%, apspdcl 30%, central govt increases very high stating BASIC of least class employee 20,000(only BASIC). APSRTC which is running in losses from last 20 years increases 27%.
ReplyDeleteall this belongs to their unions and unity.
with this increase no one ready to come to bank jobs. work never completes. pay is very low. along with this we need to bear customer and higher authorities shunting.
better to have alter native job.
tomming to unions and leaders we saw them never.
we never heard their voice or message, no meetings, on activity,
even they unable to go for a strike, they are only people who do not want work in branches
and want sit lazily and give lecturers on us and youngsters, by using former grate leaders
who are passed away and put our banking system in a good position. i salute all of them.
but to days leaders only show off.
Where is Sardar Harvinder Singh? What happened our 2nd and 4th Saturday Leave matter.
ReplyDeleteIt is better to declare 2nd Saturday as holiday rest Saturday half day as it is, as most of the departments avail 2nd Saturday holiday and no excuse will work such as many hurdles are to be... ..
ReplyDeleteIt is a worst settlement in history of bipartite
ReplyDelete. Leaders were not able to clarify the basic salary now they are claiming it is a best settlement. It is ridiculous.
