Improvement in Wages-AIBEA EXPLAINS!

AIBEA Circular No.27/112/2015/23, dtd 22.06.2015 - Improvement in Wages

Dear Comrades,
Improvement in Wages

All our units and members are aware that ever since its formation in 1946, AIBEA has been endeavoring to improve the wages and service conditions of bank employees.  From 1946 to 1966, for 20 years, AIBEA was fighting before the Courts and Tribunal’s to improve the wages.  As a unique and great achievement, AIBEA secured bipartism and the 1st Bipartite Settlement was signed in 1966.  In that journey we have signed the 10th Bipartite Settlement on 28.05.2015.  The wages and service conditions have been improved inch by inch in each successive settlement.

With a cursory glance and comparison in the total emoluments payable to the employees achieved by AIBEA in successive settlements, one can understand the improvements achieved so far.
(Comment 1: We thought settlements are achieved by all 9 unions i.e UFBU. Now only we came to know that all the blunder/ treachery are done by AIBEA only.)
(Comment 2: How AIBEA dominates negotiations? If members of AIBOC and NCBE are added, it will outnumber or atleast equal to AIBEA. No official membership in each union is available officially. State Bank officers and employees have more influence over these two unions i.e AIBOC & NCBE. As SBI employees are already getting more salary & perquisites and they are in a position to get more from their management over and above the industry wise settlement, they are not exercising more pressure on IBA or on AIBEA. Hence AIBEA is a dominating union and dictate terms over other unions. This is my view. Comrades may differ.)

There is an increase of 71.10% in D.A. itself during May 2010 to May 2015.
Compare salary of previous month and this month. Then only effect of increase due to settlement can be ascertained.)

Thus our recent 10th Bipartite Settlement has further improved the wages and emoluments of bank employees.  Our journey will continue.
 With greetings,
Yours Comradely,

  1. decrease in pension
working conditions in banks : We are denied of leave and working conditions of timings - nobody knows upto what time officer has to work. Any union leader knows it or not if you take log report of any officer other than union leaders this report will speak the timings of officer.
Leaves are denied. Why VRS is being taken/ Union leaders know that they are having study leave or sick leave to their credit. Atleast they can avail sick leave before giving VRS. Is it being denied.
Then union leaders should ask for giving leaves atleast half of their annual leaves without any objections.
Leaves are denied. Officers are made to work on clerical cadre. Many JM I officers are doing clerical job of data entry. If any union leader can identify who is an officer in the front line
Working conditions are to be improved. Fixed Branch timings are essential. Besides this ATM operations are to be carried by officers with irregular timings and sundays also.

  2. Dear CHV, Do you think bank employees are fools. Compare salaries of GOVT CLERKS AND BANK CLERKS. Stop thinking that you are the only wise person. Instead of fooling others ,admit the mistake

  3. Wait for 7th pay commission. U will come to know what u r and how does it matter to u as long as u r holding the reins.

  4. Dear Com.Kumar, Mr.CHV feels that he is very smart. He could have compared I BPS with X BPS and boasted of his achievement. For taking credit of clinching the settlement , he has overruled other union leaders and ditched the interest of lakhs and lakhs of bank employees. Mr.CHV! you are in the good books of IBA / Govt. Hence, you may vomit anything and we are at the receiving end.

  5. MR CHV is a joker ....he did all nonsense during discussions and crying now as if he has done greatest job in the world....let the 7th pay commission come, he will brutally scolded across bank unions for his sins.....

  6. Dear CHV. DO YOU KNOW WHAY TO DO WHEN Banks,IBA , and GOI (MOF) Fail to implements the SUPREME COURT ORDERS IN FAVOUR OF PRE NOV 2002 RETIREES. I KNOW YOU DONNOT KNOW ANYTHING . IN CASE YOU KNOW KINDLY TELL . IN CASE YOU DONOT TELL IT MEANS YOU DONOT KNOW. THEN HOW YOU THINK YOU ARE WISE AND CLEVER

  7. Mr.CHV why did 8th stagnation increment accepted from June 2015 instead of Nov 2012.what was the deal for this.why special allowance 7.75%not considered for superannuation? Don't hide your follies.

    ReplyDelete
  8. while showing the computation of new salary the special allowance
@7.75% is calculated on basic pay of Rs.42020/- only which works out
    to be Rs.3256.00
Why the amount of PQP+Special pay+Basic component of FPP is not considered for calculation of Special allowance
42020+2010+1930+1310=Rs.47270.00 on this amnount of Rs.47270.00
special allowance works out to be Rs.3663.00 @ 7.75%
i.e. again there is loss of Rs.407.00(3663-3256)
PQP,FPP Basic and special pay are the part of basic pay and rank for
all attendent benefits like PF,HRA,and Pension Basic.so special allowance should be calculated considering all these components. The so called leaders of AIBEA are again misguiding the bank employees.
    please comment

  9. Yes. COM CHV is perfectly correct and wages for bank employees improved increased inch by inch but wages for employees in other industries and ministries ran at the rate of meters by meters. What more can we expect from old ideology leaders whose militancy is not at all recognized by IBA and other Bank Management's.

  10. You have no right to say your union has achived 15% hike 10th bipartite. Not your union you the only responsible person to become a worst settlement of 10th bipartite.

  11. In the name of wage talks we got two additional DA in advance, and lost several strike days running behind these communist idiots. Even out of these two DAs we lost pension, and the rest these decoits will loot in the name of levy. Shameless to utter such comparisons.

  12. Before putting any comments on Chv, why dont we change ourselves. If you are cheated by the same twice, you deserve it.Why isnt any fresh election for top leaders in banks unions? Whose mistake is this.!? Its we all.Now crying over spilt milk.

    Before blaming others change yourself.

Which leaders in indian history has change the life of comman mass? If u don't know leaders, it is your mistake rather than leaders.

  13. Dear chv..
do u really ever know the condition and status of a banker ???? they are like a dog ...iba are blind folding u and your team u will see the bank officer begging in the street after 7 pay comm n they will be no longer able to bear tremendous political game plan except to go on suicide.....just watch your fellow bankers begging .......siting the while day at branch even without time to eat and one more just take a survey of bankers with back pain n spondilysis......

  14. Dear Mr.CHV, You are handsomely rewarded by (levy collected from) IBA with bag and baggage for foreign travel.Enjoy that and do not try to fool us. Till date, you have not accepted your mistakes that amply show us your true colours. You compare the salary of bank employees and Govt, employees at the time of I BPS and at the time of X BPS. It will give enough proof of your betrayal.

  15. Don't blame CHV ALONE. Whatabout other criminals. Have they lost all sense. All are criminals equally to be hanged . They now like bloodhound wait for levy. Whatabout YIBA or aam bankers . Are they like soldiers going to resign from respective unions are like chiva(,rat) afraid of unions and be first person to hand over levy. Shame shame YIBA shame aam bankers shame.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Aaam bankers and YIBA people by this time if they're are eating andliving with sense should have resigned from respective unions or like faithful pet animals catch their leg for their feed of bone piece.

  17. shame shame .. Not a bank employee, however friend to one of the bank employee and following the updates on this link... What a bad union and what a bad settlement.

Holding some bank (PSB) shares, So good less money distributed from the kitty.

    ReplyDelete
  18. After reading all the above mentioned comments, Com CHV and all other UFBU leaders who signed the settlement and Joint Note should take SANYASWATAM from Unions, if at all they have little self respect.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Do'nt blame unions. Don't blame CHV. Blame yourself of being part of these unions. You deserve low wages because these union leaders are enjoying good life from your monthly levy. They are drawing monthly salary and other facilities from your monthly levy. That is why they are not caring for you and are more interested in savinh their leadership. You mist be bold to act and stop paying monthly levy to these unions

    ReplyDelete
  20. Time for revolution...ditch these pimps called union leaders.....fight for your rights.

    ReplyDelete
  21. We should blame ourselves instead of blaming them. We elects them. Nobody bothers about whole bankers family. Everybody thinks how would they be benefitted by electing them. Also I don't understand why every officer is not entitled to vote. Only one person from branch is allowed is nominated to elect the leaders.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Bad days for bankers due to this shameful wage revision.our total salary to be lower than central government's employees basic only.forget about others things.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Now it is high time these so called leaders resign and let the new gen take charge. Why should these mentally retarded leaders be allowed to decide the future of those in service.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Dear CHV By the time you must rave realised that you are being rated as villain for playing negative role in settlement.please do not comment on youe acievements as it ai well known that your team habetrayed the bankinh community.
