Pension anomaly!
For the attention of senior comrades! Pension erosion!! Is it fair?
no where in the world bank pensioners r treated in this way. instead of pension increasing after wage revision pension decreases. increase of 15% on pay slip components. leaders must be wizards in maths.
Everything comes to light after conclusion of talks and release of movie. When agreed increase accepted mutually was 15% the retirees gained only 2% after merger of da. The settlement only preaches us that any thing could happen so long we are abortive. It benefits us so long we remain in service .what it deplores us more is for the sake two percent increase in salary and one percent n pensioners benefit we were wait long for 31 months. It educates more that bipartism gains least or NIL to the employees and like central govt.Pay commission headed by retd judge brings enormous benefits serving and retired employees. Kudos to the unity of unions in befurcating the employees as serving and serving and going to retire. Future settlement could be paved for only serving class. Bowed down finally for young bankers abused in filthy languages. So kudos to unions for their courage.
MAKE IN INDIA : are we all proud of this Make in India product, Xth BPS by IBA and UFBU ? No. Not at all. Unlike the punching speeches of mr. Narendra D D Modi, Xth BPS is lacking India's mark. Now, who are in service are witnessing how the retired bankers are treated by IBA and UFBU. Tomorrow, it may be the turn of some of us who retire. Are we deserving this sort of anarchy ? So, UFBU, AIBOC, AIBOA must realise their mistakes and rectify for much more improvements.
All the best to CSV AIBOA, AIBOC and UFBU for stabbing back on the bank employees. How much you leaders received kickbacks from banks and Government. We are cowards; we should resign enmass from unions and associations
If IBA do notwant to give commutation and gratuity benefit at least they should allow 50 percent of special allowance and d.a towards pension so that net pension is not reduced
Loss is not only to post retirees It will also to future retirees. So we should fight against it FOR OUR BETTER FUTURE. If any allowance attracts DA ,Then always that allowance has been taken as pension calculation THEN WHY NOT THIS TIME?
