What about 5th saturday? DA
ReplyDeleteOthers Saturday full working day obviously..
DeleteThere are only 4 saturdays in a month 5th saturday happens very rarely
DeleteWhen will we get the hiked salary ???
ReplyDeleteDecision is good but not great.....it shud hve been 18%atleast if nt more......
ReplyDeleteWhat will be the basic now ?
ReplyDeleteWhat will be exact amt of new salary my gross is 19330
ReplyDeleteplease upload an arrear calculator for clerks.. I will be very thankful to you
ReplyDeleteWhat about regulated working hours for officers. Do we still require to work from 9am to 9pm and also on 2nd Saturday, 4th Saturday and on Sunday?
ReplyDeleteSee this is our union..These people again proved that they don't really care of banking people...It seems like the match was fixed...
ReplyDeleteAs expected 100% DA for the pre 2002 pensioners though reported to have been agreed upon is yet see the light of the day.
ReplyDeleteAre you happy about this settlement ? can you please compare what has been promised by these unions while beginning of these talks and what we got? It seems everything is decided before talks itself that 15% is the percentage to be agredd.Pure politics by associations. instead of these associations , if we have trusted the govt , we would have got more in the pay commissions.
ReplyDeleteunion is pipette of iba. we all know match is fixed. union only making their own interest. i didn't know why we are giving them fees for membership every month only for eating and too much meeting every month . and result is no complete 5day week.
ReplyDeletewhat about grade pay...regulated working hours
ReplyDeleteAfter all this hue and cry this is what u achieved... Why were in so hurry to get surrendered... I think union is more concerned about the political brass and not the employees...
ReplyDeleteHappy abt 2nd & 4th Saturday holiday
ReplyDeleteWhat's the benefit of 2 holidays compensating 2full saturdays
ReplyDeleteR any one Really happy with this increase ;competitive salary with other salaried employees ?compromise with 2 and half year struggle is it waste? State govt employees getting 43%fitmeny but bank employees ?
ReplyDelete2% load factor means what? is it 0.10 as per 9th BPS? Please clarify this doubt..
ReplyDeleteIBA successfully fooled us...Saturdays will be full working days.!!!!!!...plus and minus equals minus. Anyway the drama ends.Atleast we have to clinch 16 percent and remaining Saturdays will be as usual
ReplyDeleteHow can you say you are happy to inform the sad news mr.biswas. Is this the just settlement what we Sam bankers waiting for the last 27 months toiling hard in banks with increased pressures and stress bound environment currently in the banks expecting a relief by way of good just settlement...??? Is that the 2% load factor is what we expect to be achieved from Iba from you people through negotiations...shame on you guys...real shame...that too da payable on revised basic has been agreed to that of march 2912 instead of November 2012..we can't understand what really you union people hav achieved in this settlement...two Saturday holiday? By making the other Saturdays full working...do we call this an achievement... Mr.kumar, introspect yourself now..is it for these people you have been in support for...true leaders think of their fellow team mates n NT themselves first... No regulated working hours for officers and no comment about da slab rate whether it I 0.15 or 0.10...which has not been commented..really depressed over d news n we young bankers will really think to stay in this industry even...with no proper remuneratio for the increasing workload and pressures for achieving targets like in pvt sector..then whatfor to stay in dis psbs....to do govt schemes and getng blamed for the npa's... Fellow bankers introspect yourselves...it is time to decide to believe our leaders..

Paahahahaha!!!!! I just quit my post of branch manager scale1 in December to join a central govt job. Now with the 7pay common being implemented next year my pay will be twice that of a scale 1 officer. To the aam banker I hope you enjoy the bread crumbs left behind by the dirt bags at ubfu & iba. If you have some dignity left then please quit your bank jobs ( it does not enjoy the social status it did 30 years ago) or at least leave your respective unions. Time and again these bastards have sold out the interests of the average banker
ReplyDeleteSir, what will b the new salary structure for a bank clerk..pls give an idea..
ReplyDeleteWhat is 2% sir
ReplyDeleteWhether 28/2/15 will be a holiday?
ReplyDeleteWhat will be likely salary after 15%hike and DA Merger for officer and workmen staff. Please upload probable chart for different stage.
ReplyDeleteHow would we calculate our revised salary as per this settlement...?? Plz show the process.
ReplyDeleteWhat abt the load 2%
ReplyDeleteSir , Can you plz explain point number 3 of minutes of discussion which tells about 2% of load factor amounting to 597 crores
ReplyDelete5th saturday full working day
ReplyDeleteExpected
1.new basic = 1.6341*old basic
2.D.A.= 0.20% per slab upto 100 slabs and 0.11% per slab after that.
5th saturday is full working day and
ReplyDeleteExpected
1.new basic = 1.6341*old basic
2.D.A.= 0.20% per slab upto 100 slabs and 0.11% per slab after that.
Working.
ReplyDeleteWhat is this 2% load factor ?
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteThis is for officers what abt workmen staff.
ReplyDeleteWhy happy to announce?...after 27 months of meetings/talks ..iba have won the negotiations. This ufbu idiots couldnt even get a meagre 19% hike and they are tapping their back. All aam bankers to quickly protest now for change in union structure.
ReplyDeleteApply frm which month???
ReplyDelete15 % From Nov 12, 2 Saturdays each month from nov 12 Means 130 Half days = 75 Days holiday or payment?
ReplyDeleteIncrease in Salary or Decrease in Salary??
ReplyDeleteSuppose a basic of Rs 100 as on 01.11.2014. DA was 76% approx. Total basic+DA = Rs 176.
Now merging DA of 60.15%. Total Basic + DA= Rs 160.15. Adding a load factor of 2% of basic+ DA(i.e. 2% of 100+66= Rs 3.32). Now New basic + Da as on 01.11.2012 is Rs 163.47 as against revised basic+ Da of Rs 176. Ridiculous
Sir,
ReplyDeleteKindly provide us an excel sheet to calculate our month wise arrear amount since Nov 2012 to till date.
Thanks & Regards
Hirendra Singh chauhan
Now it is imperative that a new Confederation of all employees of the Banks should be floated:
ReplyDelete1.There will be no place for retired bank employees/netas in the executive committee.
2.Immediately demands for 11th BPS should be communicated to Govt.so that there is no delay in wage settlement in future.
3. Like UFBU,IBA should also be kicked-out of any negotiation process. All talks should be with the Govt only.
4. Demand should be that the bank employees should also be covered by 7th CPC.
5. Demand of any subscription/levy by Union/Association,under coercion or threat, should be declared an offence under Prevention of Corruption Act.
6. All existing netas must be held strictly accountable for the subscription/levy collected by them.An audit by CAG and consequential investigation by CBI should be demanded by the new Confederation.
7. Retired netas should be barred from entering/occupying bank or Union/Association properties.
8. All bank employees should work like Govt. offices ie strictly as per rules.

ReplyDeleteDear bankers, I think we should not spread rumors. Instead we should urge our unions leaders and IBA to clear their stand on point no. 2 and 3. And If the union leaders is reading the comment then Pls. Clear the points.
