Will UFBU ensure....?
Zoom and read; Last time in 9th B.P.S an SWO got 18.11% increase on Nov.2007 in gross salary. i .e at starting date of the settlement . Whether UFBU will ensure more than that in 10th B.P.S.?
Dear friends I am informing the group in advance that the following ,SMS will be received from UFBU on 23th Feb 2015 after meeting.
In today's meeting IBA improved their offer to 13.25%. strike put on hold as IBA assured to resolve the wage issue by the 1st week of March 2015. If there is no satisfactory outcome fresh dates for 4/5 days' strike action in April would be announced. Circular follows. With Greetings. Convener. UFBU

Mr. Indian bank kumar have you not woken up from your fools dream? Have you not opened your eyes and seen the truth? ........ UBFU leaders have received enough gratification from the government that they do not give a rats ass about the aam banker. Ubfu will not ensure anything for the aam banker. Look at the manner in which strikes have been continuously called off or the way ubfu chose to keep quiet before the general elections last year when that was the actual time when they could have applied maximum pressure. The reason is simple......they have been bought. When coal India employees had demands against the govt they when on strike first then they sat for negotiations. To the Sam bankers if you still have the option please leave this sector.....I myself resigned in January. To those with no options left please leave these shitty unions. These bastard leaders only care about their own selfish needs.
Please focus the demands on our basic needs like 5 day banking ...that is the most imprt things.....we are with u dear comrades n leaders to go for strike....strike ....strike dont be a comedian kutta
Dear friends, it is reported in Sun News that ufbu expects a minimum of 16% and not even 19.5%. Our multifaceted leaders are taking different stands at different situations. The whole mess is because of this kind of half-hearted approach. For the cause of unity, we are paying a heavy price. I pray to God to give enough mental strength to the comrades to teach a befitting lesson to our union leaders atleast after the settlement..
All these comrades have become gandoo. rat bhar bank walo ke chande ke paise ki daaru aur murga khate hai aur subhe jhandu balm ki terah meeting karne jate hai aur pehli ball pe hit wicket ho kar pavallion wapas a jate hai.
Comrade PRADIP BISWAS......dont you feel shakey and shame to say "we are happy".......Is it the ultimate result of 28 months struggle? What do you the leaders say....Victory is ours.It was 17.5% in the 9th settlement and to day only 15%.Just calculate...15% increase minus wage cut so far due to strike during this tenure??? What will be the result?? You the leaders give the proper answer or otherwise resign from the post
Ufbu is paralysed
