    1. UFBU is fail at all fronts. In preparing demands, presenting, in argument. World is war of words.

  3. Finally I see a ray of hope. If the Unions dont take a stern step, the IBA will continue to trifle with the common bankers. The descison to continue with the strike is a welcome one and the entire banking fraternity will welcome the same. A humble request to Unions not to fall prey to the nefarious tactics of IBA.

  5. Dear Friends,

Don't expect more hike in our salary, it is already came down to 19.5% , but it will be further go down, I think everybody already knew that we never going to get more than 15% hike in our salary, better to finish the game at least next meeting to avoid 4 days LOP, because there is no use to be participate in strike if announced, the result is already know, why we have to suffer again,We know that the IBA and UFBU are winners and all bank staff are losers. Anyway there is no need to talk about 4 days bcz anybody can easily say that at present situation the UFBU wont go for 4 days strike since game is already fixed with IBA, they will going to defer strike if IBA is give 1% more hike to salary, So we should not believe in union at least now onwards, why should NOT we think about pay commission like central govt employees? Many young guys are fed up with poor union activities , most of young employees wants to withdraw membership from union. Friends Please provide more information about Pay Commission benefits if It apply to bank employees too!

  7. CHV & CO think of parvana prabatkar tarakeshwar sampath and the yeomen services, sacrifices done by those tall leaders and please do not bury just demands. Be prepared for any eventuality and we activists are behind you. Do not go to negotiating table with an open idea of thwarting 4 days strike. Before you reduce from 19.5% get the consent of member comrades and try to achieve all charter of demands that was originally submitted to IBA. Remember 19th evening lakhs of comrades especially younger generation will decide whether to continue in union as a member or to quit UFBU

  11. In case unions do not take care of their employees, banking sector will loose confidence upon their leaders, unity will be scattered and existence of unions will be demolished. They must not pride upon RECORD Ssettlement.
