  2. When the Wage Revision will be settled thats the first and last question that comes to mind..
    Issues like
    Compassionate Appointments
    HR Issues
    NPA Control
    Pension Issues
    Formation of NRBs
Clearly do not seem to have any connection with Wage Revision at all.

  3. Why they are not expediting wage revision only.
other issues can be settled later on.
Like they have got more than 3years..
    Those issues like
    compassionate appointments
    HR issues
    pension issues
    Formation of NRBs...
    What are they talking about....!!!???
They obviously do not have a clear plan.
They are deliberaty delaying Wage revision for (may be) higher levy.
    is it so??
They shall decide that they will discuss only wage revision this time. And other issues can be talked upon during the period from today till Nov 2017.
General staff who is working today in banks are currently very much under stress and pressure for higher risks involved in their work and tremendous work load and therefore demanding early wage revision.

  5. As the anonymous said above, issues like HR, Pension, Formation of NRBs shall be taken after the Wage Revision agreement. We want only Wage revision first and not the compassionate appointments. Let us hope for today's life. The employees at the field level particularly at the counters are working with tremendous work load coupled with higher risks. Hence I expect the UFBU leaders shall awake from their deep sleep atleast now and make the IBA to come forward for the Wage Settlement at the earliest by announcing various programmes including INDEFINITE STRIKE.
