*You are eligible for Medical Aid Rs.2000 for the
year 2014.
1. Rs. 100 per month for purchasing Newspaper.

*You are eligible for Halting Allowance of Rs.300 for
Thanjavur, 500 for Chennai/Bangalore /Thiruvanathapuram per day from the day
you land on Training center to the day you join at the branch,
Where you are posted + Train /bus fare
from training center to branch (keep Bus/train tkt) + Auto Charges.
*You are eligible for Leave Fare Concession on actual
reimbursement for yourself & dependants,
or on encashment basis (75%i.e Rs.3396
per unit) once in 2 years. Can be availed after confirmation.
*You can get 3 increments (value around
Rs.3000 per month) within one year, if you pass JAIIB &CAIIB.

*You are eligible to avail Loans after your confirmation,
usually after 6 months.
* HOUSING LOAN particulars:
Eligibility : Service: For General/SC/StT employees =2 years; and for

*You are eligible for Casual leave of 12 days per
year. In the first year pro-rata Casual leave

*You are eligible for Half Pay Sick Leave @ 2.5 days
for every completed month.
(Can be availed during probation period)
*You are eligible to avail Privilege Leave after 11
months.
(It will accrue at the rate of
one day for every 11 days from date of joining.)
*Maternity Leave (for Female
Employee): 6 months on one occasion & 12 months during entire
career.

**TRANSFER
POLICY:
Eligibility : Max 5 request transfers,
subject to ceiling 4 under General,2 under SJS,2 under Inter State.
Application will be registered after six
months/confirmation.
SJS requests will be considered after six
months, but according to category rotation for the branch and availability of
vacancy.
General request will be considered after
2 years, as per category rotation for the branch.
(However General requests will be
considered after one year, if the requested branch is rural
and no request is pending.)

Please dont do this. Just tell them the truth what is condition of Bank job right now? And what will be there future after joining the bank. My dear Newly recruited Banker friends, dont join any Union and dont give any union subscription, just kick them out they are just like barking dog...
