Not that the Government would act on it, but to keep our hopes alive since our various retired forum of Officers' Association are fighting on ego basis:<br /><br />"Dear Pradhan Sevak, in today's Times of India, Mumbai Edition I saw the news item WORKERS SHOULD NOT STRUGGLE FOR LEGITIMATE DUES, said by you while taking your monthly pragati review programme. Was really happy. But do you know that Banking Division of your own Finance Ministry is coming in the way of implementing the uniform DA principle for many of the Bank Pensioners, retired prior to November 2002, though High Courts of Chennai, Calcutta, Karnataka etc. have upheld the appeals filed by the Retired Bank Employees. IBA with the connivance of your Finance Ministry has appealed in Supreme Court notwithstanding the fact that the Supreme Court has also upheld the principle of uniform DA policy in some other cases. So I and many other Bank Pensioners like me would be happy and appreciate if you can start your saying WORKERS SHOULD NOT STRUGGLE FOR LEGITIMATE DUES from your own house to set an example. Similarly, the updation of pension for the retired Bank pensioners are also pending since last 20 years though the Pension Formula of the Bank employees are on similar basis as applicable to Central Government employees. Also the family pension to the family of deceased Bank pensioners are paid at 15% though others get at 30%, including the Reserve Bank pensioners. Hope to see an immediate action from your esteemed self before most of the Bank pensioners leave this world."<br />Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12870131860055817157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5863683653241278459.post-40657829933185900522016-10-27T11:16:44.565+05:302016-10-27T11:16:44.565+05:30Today I posted the following in the portal of PM&#...Today I posted the following in the portal of PM's Office.
