As you have explained the calculation of DA merger and increase in wage load - IBA is going to gain. As Now the wage increase will be calculated on a lesser basic at 60.15% merger tan 100% neutralization. <br /><br />So the increase in wage load will appear bigger at 60.15% merger than 100% merger keeping the Total Outgo in wage increase at same level for both calculation.
