8. Madras -------------------- A group of resignees from Central Bank of India

9. Bangalore -----------------United Forum of PF Optees, Karnataka

10. Delhi ----------------------Resigned Bank Employees Welfare Association

The first three cases are filed on behalf of workmen employees. Sl no. 4, 6 & 7 are filed by PF optees forum and they cover both the workmen and officers. Sl. no. 5 pertains to that individual Shri Mohanty only who has super-annuated as a Manager from United Bank of India. Sl No. 6 & 9 have been numbered and pending to be admitted. The last one is by a group of resignees who have been denied pension option. I understand that their draft affidavit is ready and will be filed shortly.

Other than the above, Shri Mahendra ji, Convenor of this forum has decided not to opt for pension and has plans to legally fight for getting back the amount looted from the PF optees since 1997 under the guise of sharing pension cost and also to seek the option without having to pay for it. It is gratifying to note that several hundreds will be joining him in this battle.
